However, in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law and the relevant legislation; I have the right to apply to the Company and learn whether my personal data has been processed, to request information regarding my personal data if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing of my personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction of my personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of these data are eliminated, to request notification of these correction and deletion requests to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to any conclusions arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems that are detrimental to me, and to request compensation for the damages in the event that I suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of my personal data. Furthermore, I acknowledge and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up-to-date, and that I will notify the Company of any changes to this information. I have expressly consented to the processing of my personal data, including my special personal data as defined in the Personal Data Protection Law, its use and sharing limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process, and its storage for the required period.
